7:30 PM Richard P. & Megan D. McDonough, 4 Savery Pond Road, Parcel Id No. 061-000-006B-002. A Request for Determination of Applicability to upgrade a septic system in the buffer zone of an inland bank of Savery Pond.

A Notice of Intent to permit a new agricultural use of the property (aka Howland Field) to allow for temporary grazing of cattle, and associated site work, within the resource and buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands and bordering land subject to flooding. A Notice of Intent to construct additions and cantilevered deck to the existing dwelling, construct new septic system, new water supply well and drywell, within the resource of White Island Pond. Applicant requests a waiver under the Plymouth Wetland Bylaw for construction within the 50 ft. no-build zone and 35 ft. no-touch zone.
7:55 PM Deborah A. Watson and James Doyle, 179 Herring Pond Road, Parcel ID No. 057-000-007A-002. A Notice of Intent to construct a two-story addition to the existing dwelling with garage including storage and in-law apartment; construct new patio area with retaining wall and grading, within the buffer zone of an inland bank of Great Herring Pond.
This project is subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA and is within the Herring River Watershed ACEC.
